Cafe 7 - David Young comes to visit

A fellow Brisbanite, David Young (bro of Liz Young) was in SF this week and popped up for lunch at Google.

I'd heard rumours of such delicacies as lobster and roast quail being served up at Cafe 7 so figured it would be a cool place to go check out.

No lobster or quail today, however the salads were awesome. Our friendly chef (missed his name) tossed our Artichoke Hearts and Garbanzo Beans into our salad for us! Very cool!


The table breads were wicked and deserved this thumbs up from Leo.


Nilma and Leo (who I have been training with) joined us. Nilma's favourite menu item was the Pot Roast.


Once she'd downed the Pot Roast Nilma got excited about the dessert!


Then had some more dessert!


Dave and I gave the meal a double Brisbane thumbs up. My favourite part was the Wild Mushroom Soup garnished with Black Truffle Oil and Chopped Italian Parsley. The glorious Grilled Sea Bass also deserves a mention. Being passover our meals were all kosher of course. 5 Stars.
